hey, ai actually
Everyone talks about AI. I show you how to actually use it.
Plain, honest help for regular people and teams who feel behind. No hype, no jargon, no guru nonsense. Just me, my real screen, and the handful of moves that change how you work this week.
this is for you if
You keep hearing AI will change everything, and you just want your Tuesday back.
- You feel like everyone is using AI but you, and nobody slowed down to show you how.
- You have opened a chatbot, typed something, and quietly thought, is this it.
- You do not want a lecture on neural networks. You want the boring work off your plate.
- You run a small team and you know AI could help, but you are worried someone will paste the wrong thing into it.
what this actually is
The name is a promise. I cut the hype and hand you the real thing.
A hype reel about the future.
A working session. You leave using it, not dreaming about it.
Prompt magic tricks you forget by Friday.
A few real habits that stick to the work you already do.
Your data uploaded who knows where.
Plain guardrails so nothing sensitive ever leaks.
two ways to do this
AI for Your Actual Workday
Same approach either way. We work on the job you actually have, not a demo built to make the tool look clever. Start alone or bring the whole team.
just you
One on one, ninety minutes
- We start with the thing that eats your week. Not a curriculum, your actual pile.
- You drive, I sit next to you. You will have done it yourself before we hang up, which is the only way it sticks.
- You leave with the exact prompts saved, on your work, ready to run again Monday.
- A straight answer on the parts where AI will waste your time, so you stop trying.
your team
Team session, ninety minutes
- Three AI habits they will use Monday morning, built on their real tasks, not toy demos.
- A one page safe use guide, so nobody pastes the wrong thing into the wrong tool.
- Live over the shoulder builds. I share my screen and we do it together, in the room.
- The honest map of what AI is good at, what it is bad at, and where it will waste your time.
free, one page, no fluff
The Safe AI Starter
Five ways to actually use AI at work this week, and the one thing you should never paste into it. Made for regular people, not engineers.
No email required. No list, no funnel, no drip sequence. It is just there.
before you ask
The questions I get every time.
Do I need to be technical for this?
No, and that is the whole point. Every session runs on the work you already do, in whatever assistant your company already pays for. No coding, no setup, nothing to install beforehand.
Do I have to buy a new tool or subscription?
No. We work in what you already have. There is nothing to purchase from me and I take no referral fees from any AI vendor, so nothing I recommend pays me.
Is it safe to put work information into AI?
Some of it, not all of it. The rule is never paste in something you would not email to a stranger, which keeps out customer data tied to a named person, anything under a signed agreement, credentials, health or financial or employment records, and unannounced business decisions. The fix is to remove the specifics and describe the shape instead, because the assistant reasons about structure, not identity. The free Safe AI Starter covers this in full.
How is this different from watching a video about AI?
You do the work, not me. In a video somebody demonstrates on their own example and you go back to your desk with nothing changed. Here we start with the task eating your week, you drive, and you have done it yourself before we finish.
Can you work with just me, or does it have to be a whole team?
Either. One on one is ninety minutes on your own pile. Team sessions are ninety minutes for a group, on site or remote. Same approach, same length, different room.
who is this guy
I am Anthony. I am not an influencer, and I do not sell magic.
I am a builder who runs my own work on AI every single day. I would rather show you my actual screen than sell you a dream, because the dream is not the point. The point is you getting an hour of your day back.
If what I show you does not actually help by Monday, I wasted your time. And I really do not like wasting people's time.
I wrote a book on this, available on Amazon, for the same reason I built this site. Most AI writing is aimed at people who already get it.
